At IB, the Iconic Brand, we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping. All online clothing purchases received before 5:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, while orders received after 5:00 PM will be shipped on the following day. Local deliveries and pickups will be fulfilled within a 1-6 hour timeframe. Pre-ordered items may take 3-7 days to arrive. Return Window

U.S. Customers: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

International Customers: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unwashed

In their original condition

With all original tags and packaging intact
Refund Eligibility

Returns initiated within the time frame and meeting all condition requirements will be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Returns initiated after the 7- or 14-day period may be accepted at IB the Iconic Brand’s discretion. In these cases:

A store credit may be applied to your account.

If IB is at fault (e.g., wrong item sent, quality issue), a partial refund or full refund may be issued, even outside the standard return period.

Non-Refundable Returns
If returned merchandise is damaged, worn, or not in a resaleable condition, IB the Iconic Brand reserves the right to deny the refund. In such cases, the customer forfeits the right to a refund, and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
